throughout Australia, if they don't have the product you are
after they can order it in for you. If your local shop is
not listed just get them to contact us so we can word them
up with all the info. If you don't have a shop near you that
knows what a BMX is drop us an email and we will help you
find what you need.
Why don't Mankind frames
come with the headset and BB kit like is says on the Mankind
website? Mankind
bikes sell us their frames with a headset and BB kit in the
box with each frame, but we have to pay more for the frames because
of the BB kits and headsets (i.e. the bb kit and headset doesn't
come for free). When we get the frames we open the boxes and
take out the BB kits and headsets and sell them separately.
The reason we do this is that if we sell the frame with the
BB kit and headset it will cost the customer more, as we have to pay more
for the frame because it comes with the BB kit and headset.
So we split them and sell them separately so the frame price
is cheaper and the customer can choose to buy the headset
and or BB only if they need them. We don't make any extra
money from selling them this way, but we think that its
better for the customer because they get the choice to buy a
BB or headset only if they need them.
What if I need more info
about a product? Your
local dealer should be able to help you out but if they cant
just drop us an email, we ride our products everyday so can
probably help you out with anything you need.
Why are there no prices on
this website?
We sell products to shops, they
decide the final price you pay, shop around for the best
price between the shops listed in the dealer listing.
How do I get sponsored by one of your brands?
We sponsor riders because they are our friends and they ride
good. The best way to get sponsored is not to try, be cool,
ride a lot and help progress BMX where ever you can, make a
video, run a comp, build some trails, after about 10 years a
company might want to sponsor you, but by then you probably
wont really care anyway! What about product warranty?
Warrantee for the brands we carry varies from brand to brand
but the majority of companies have the following policy.
Frames and parts are covered by warrantee for 90 days from
the purchase date. The warrantee covers damage
due to defects in material and / or workmanship but not due
to normal wear, accident, abuse,
neglect, improper assembly or improper maintenance. You may
cut down the width of bars and open up fork dropouts from 10mm to 14mm, within the marked
lines, without voiding your warrantee. Any claim for
warrantee must be made through the dealer where you brought
the product and proof of purchase must be shown.
Full DRAGONFLY Limited Warranty Information
DRAGONFLY warrants the replacement of original components of
DRAGONFLY products due to defects in material and/or
workmanship, according to the following conditions: All
DRAGONFLY products are warranted to the original purchaser
for a period of 90 days. Labour and transportation charges
are not included. This warranty is listed to the original
retail purchaser only, and not transferable. Proof of
purchase is required to validate protection under this
limited warranty (invoice stating place of purchase, date,
your name, address, product, and if applicable, serial
number).
This warranty does not include the finish. Normal wear,
accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper
maintenance by other than authorized dealer, or of parts or
devices not consistent with the use originally intended for
the bicycle as sold are not covered by this warranty.
Bending frames, forks or handlebars is excluded in this
warranty. Bending is a sign of rider abuse or punishment and
therefore is not covered in this limited warranty. Claims
must be through an authorized dealer or through an authorized
importer. For information regarding the nearest dealer,
check the dealer listing. The warranty is limited to replacing only the defective part
without charge. The company shall in no event be responsible for special
damages.
NOTICE: The user assumes the risk of personal injuries,
damage to or failure of DRAGONFLY bikes, frames, forks,
handlebars, cranks, wheel sets, stems, or any other product
manufactured under the DRAGONFLY brand, and any other losses
if the DRAGONFLY product is used in any competitive
event. The return of the warranty registration form within
30 days of purchase is a condition precedent to coverage
herein. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHT AND YOU
MAY HAVE ALSO OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
